Dr. Leon Wulman, director of the American Committee of OSE, worldwide organization for child care, health and hygiene among Jews, was honored tonight at a special dinner session of the board of directors of the committee on the occasion of his 40 years of service in the organization.
Dr. Israel S. Wechsler, Dr. Bela Schick and Dr. Andre B. Ballard praised Dr. Wulman’s contribution to the welfare of the Jewish people in the field of public health. In the name of the committee. Baroness Pierre de Gunzburg presented Dr. Wulman with an honor plaque commemorating his achievements in the organization.
