Dr. Zoltan Papp, a Dutch railway employee who allegedly organized the deportation trains for Jews from western Hungary to Germany during World War II, is under investigation by Dutch authorities and may stand trial, according to information received here from The Hogue. Papp was a captain in the Hungarian secret police in 1944.
