The Institute for Israel and the Middle East of Dropsie College here has announced for the academic year 1955-56 fellowships of $1,000 and $600 each, available to qualified students who wish to specialize in Middle Eastern studies leading to a doctorate degree.
The curriculum offered by the Institute includes a languages, literatures, history, anthropology, sociology, economics and politics of the Middle East. Applications for fellowships should be submitted not later than April 15, 1955.
