Study grants were awarded today to 23 Druze students of the village of Ousafiyeh on Mount Carmel. The grants are from $70 to $215 each. The grants were awarded by the public committee to promote education among the Druze. This year the committee has already granted 29 study awards, among them three for students from the Druze villages in the Golan Heights.
