David Dubinsky, president of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union, arrived at Lydda Airport last night to participate in ceremonies opening a new hospital at Beersheba, in the Negev. Construction and equipment of the institution was financed by the union.
Mr. Dubinsky was greeted on arrival by Minister of Labor Mordechai Namir, top officials of Histadrut, the Israel Federation of Labor, and representatives of the United States Embassy.
