Leon Dulzin, chairman of the World Zionist Organization Executive, underwent surgery here for the relief of an ulcer condition and has postponed his return to Israel, a spokesman for the WZO American Section announced today. He said that Dulzin, who is acting chairman of the Jewish Agency Executive, is resting comfortably and his condition is reported as satisfactory. The spokesman said that the forthcoming meeting of the Jewish Agency Assembly and the session of the Zionist General Council will both take place in Jerusalem as scheduled.
