Eduard Spier, noted Dutch Jewish leader who is chairman of the Board of Deputies of the Jewish Community of Holland, has assumed the chairmanship of the State of Israel Bond drive for that country, it was announced today by Rudolf G. Sonneborn, president of the Israel Bond Organization. Mr. Spier is one of Holland’s outstanding attorneys.
