Confirmation of previous reports that a large proportion of the Jews of Amsterdam have been deported is contained in Dutch Nazi newspapers received here today. One paper protests the fact that five percent of the vegetables coming into the city from the neighboring farms are reserved for the Jews “when the number of Jews in the city has decreased considerably since last year.”
