Dutch Parliment Bans Action Against Section of Country’s People

The second Chamber of the Dutch Parliament has by an overwhelming majority passed a bill introduced by the Catholic Minister van Schaick, making it a punishable offense to incite to ill feeling against any section of the population.

The Minister, in introducing the bill, emphasized the need of taking drastic action against the circulation of anti-Semitic pamphlets and other writings which have been imported into Holland during the past year.
