East German Foreign Minister Otto Winzer flew to Cairo this weekend to confer with Foreign Minister Mahmoud Riad and with East Gorman ambassadors and representatives there and in other Arab and African states. Concurrently, East German military experts have begun training Egyptian soldiers and parachutists. Mr. Winzer is accompanied on his trip by experts from the Foreign Ministry’s Middle East section.
