One hundred and eighteen judges and prosecutors among the “judicial elite” of the West German Government’s court system are “Nazis and criminals of the worst type,” according to the East German News Agency.
The accusation, disclosed in dispatches received here today, was made in an East German document entitled “Yesterday Hitler’s Hanging Judges–Today, Bonn’s Judicial Elite.” The document listed the names of the 118 alleged ex-Nazis as well as the names of 400 of their victims.
