Agudas Bachurei Chemed, East Side religious organization, has merged with the Mizrachi Youth of the East Side, it was announced Friday by Abraham Reiss, secretary of the new organization, the Agudas Bachurei Chemed — Mizrachi Youth of the East Side.
The organizations had the similar purposes, it was explained, of fostering Orthodox Judaism and Zionism, and after several conferences the Agudah agreed to accept the Mizrachi program.
The amalgamation will be celebrated soon, the announcement said.
