A spokesman for the French Foreign Ministry reported today that the talks between Israeli Foreign Minister Abba Eban and French Foreign Minister Maurice Couve de Murville yesterday were concerned mainly with Israel’s bid for associate membership in the European Common Market. Mr. Eban said tonight before leaving for Rome, that he was satisfied with the results of his talks in Paris and with the French Foreign Minister’s understanding of Israel’s problems.
