Foreign Minister Abba Eban will accompany Premier Golda Meir when she visits President Richard M. Nixon at the White House Sept. 24 and 25, it was learned here today, Mr. Eban will be in the United States next month to attend the opening of the fall session of the United Nations General Assembly. He is expected to address the Assembly on the second or third day of its session.
