Edmond Kaiser, a World War II refugee who founded several international organizations that work for children, died in India on Saturday at the age of 86. Kaiser, born in Paris, was a member of the French Resistance during World War II. In 1947, he moved to Switzerland, which he used as a base for his humanitarian efforts.
