Edward A. Kallick, former Assistant United States Attorney, has been named a Judge of the Municipal Court here. The appointment was made by Gov. George M. Leader from a list of seven prominent attorneys listed for the post by the Philadelphia Bar Association. Judge Kallick has long been active in Allied Jewish Appeal activities.
