Two Egyptian gun nests opened fire on an Israel patrol moving near the border in the vicinity of Kissufim, opposite the Gaza strip, an Israel military spokesman announced today. He said there were no Israel casualties.
The spokesman revealed that an Egyptian plane had violated Israel air space Sunday and had flown over Beersheba. He also reported that an Israel patrol had been fired on along the Jordan frontier last night, but had suffered no casualties.
