The Egyptian Government has released a “victory stamp” that was apparently printed before last month’s Israeli Middle East war. The stamp, which was received here today on first day covers, depicts President Nasser and the Arab masses with the State of Israel shown in flames. Philatelic experts here explained that it usually takes to months to design and print new stamp issues.
