Ehud Olmert will join the major U.S. presidential candidates in addressing this year’s AIPAC policy conference. The Israeli prime minister will attend the American Israel Public Affairs Committee’s June 2-4 conference in person while on an official visit to Washington. Also slated to speak are U.S. Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz), the presumptive Republican candidate for the presidency; and Sens. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) and Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.), who are vying for the Democratic nomination. Previously announced speakers include the leadership of both parties in both Houses of Congress.
