Eight twenty-year-old Czechs were in custody today following their arrest yesterday by Karlsbad police as they were painting Jewish houses and shops with the swastika sign and posting up anti-Jewish placards. The arrested youths admitted to the police that they had received their instructions and materials from the German center.
