Eighty Jewish Refugees Leave Austria for German Port to Sail for United States

Eighty Jews were among the refugees who left Salzburg today for Bremerhaven where they are scheduled to depart for America November 28. This is the second transport of refugees from Austria since implementation of the U.S. Displaced Persons Act.

The only Jewish DP camp in the British zone of Austria was dissolved today. The action was taken, it was said, to facilitate the transport of Jewish refugees from the American zone.
