Dr. Albert Einstein has withdrawn the use of his name as a sponsor of a Warsaw Ghetto memorial meeting on Sunday called by a left-wing group “United Committee,” to mark the tenth anniversary of the revolt of the Jews in Warsaw against the German Army, it was learned here today. Instead, Prof. Einstein agreed to transfer his support to a memorial meeting at the Hunter College arranged jointly by the American Jewish Committee, Anti-Defamation League and a group of Jews from Poland.
