President Eisenhower today conferred at the White House with Iraqi Foreign Minister Fadhil A1 Jamali on the Arab-Israel situation and other matters. Mr. Jamali would only tell the press that his discussion involved “General world problems and problems affecting our area.”
The President also received today Lybian Prime Minister Ben Halim with whom he discussed various matters in the presence of Vice President Richard M. Nixon, Assistant Secretary of State Henry A. Byroade, and other officials.
