British Prime Minister Harold Macmillan received Israel Ambassador Eliahu Elath last night in a 45-minute talk. While current Middle Eastern and British-Israel matters were reportedly reviewed, the meeting, which was the envoy’s official farewell to the Prime Minister, was devoted largely to an exchange of good wishes. Mr. Macmillan reportedly showed keen interest in Mr. Elath’s plans and invited him and Mrs. Elath to revisit Britain at some future date.
