American Jews desiring to participate in the election of delegates to the 45th annual convention of the Zionist Organization of America, which will open in New York on October 14, must register for membership in the ZOA not later than the end of this month, it was announced here today by the national Zionist headquarters. September 10 has been set as the final date for the elections, the announcement stated.
