Elias M. Epstein, Overseas Director of the Jewish National Fund in Jerusalem, today returned to Israel after an eight months’ stay in the United States in the interests of the J.N.F. A farewell party was tendered to him last night at Hotel Commodore under the chairmanship of Dr. Harris J. Levine, president of the Jewish National Fund of America.
