Elias M. Epstein, director of ZOA House here and for many years a member of the Jewish National Fund board of directors, died here today at the age of 63. Funeral services will be held in Jerusalem tomorrow.
A native of England, Mr. Epstein settled in Palestine in 1919. He was a journalist, contributing to many newspapers and publications in Israel and abroad and was active in the General Zionist Organization.
