The fifty-first anniversary celebration of the local Y.M.-Y.W.H.A. ended last night with a community dinner attended by several hundred persons.
Michael A. Stavitsky of Newark, president of the New Jersey Federation of Y.M.H.A.’s and Y.W.H.A.’s, reviewed the development of the Jewish community center movement. The week’s celebration included a children’s pageant, “Romance of Shabouth,” and amateur dramatics. Julius Kwallok is president of the association.
