Persons wishing to emigrate from Hungary must secure the permission of the Allied Control Commission since, until the peace treaties are signed, the Hungarian Government has no authority over emigration, it was stated here officially today.

The announcement of policy came in reply to a query from the Jewish Telegraphic Agency as to the government’s stand on emigration to Palestine or other places. The Control Commission is issuing few permits.
