A monument to Dr. Ludwig Zamenhof, author of the international language, Esperanto, was unveiled on his grave in the Jewish cemetery here today. The monument was erected by the followers of Dr. Zamenhof who championed Esperanto as the international language. The text of the inscription on the monument is in Esperanto and is the only inscription in the international language in the Jewish cemetery.
