Ernst Zundel’s trial in Germany on charges of incitement to hatred and Holocaust denial was delayed. The trial was postponed until a new defense lawyer can be found According to a German court, Zundel’s appointed lawyer, Sylvia Stolz, was disqualified because her petition to the court included potentially actionable statements of an anti-Semitic nature.
