Businessmen from abroad who participated in Prime Minister Levi Eshkol’s world economic conference here last spring have been invited to a follow-up conference scheduled to open here early next month. Those invited served as area chairmen and committee heads at the last conference, which was attended by some 400 businessmen and industrialists from all over the world. Among the invited Americans are Victor Carter, Samuel Rothberg and Albert Parker. The conference will assess the results achieved since the last meeting and will hear reports on changes in Israel’s economic position since then.
