The large hall of the Muster Messe Building where the Seventeenth Zionist Congress will be opened on Tuesday night, locked to-day, three days before the opening, like a great bazaar, thronged by hundreds of delegates and visitors from all parts of the world. Almost all the delegates to the Congress have already arrived and are busy attending Conferences of their respective groups.
About 258 delegates are expected to attend the Congress, made up of 87 General Zionists, 80 Labourites, 50 Revisionists, 34 Mizrachists and 7 Radicals.
