The first review of the kosher meat and poultry market to make its appearance in the general press was inaugurated today by the Evening World. The idea, says the Evening World, is to “give to Jewish housewives a practical market service that will embrace receipts of meats and live poultry, the wholesale prices and a suggested fair retail price.”
