The United States attitude toward Austro-German Anschluss is at issue in a suit before the Municipal Court here involving the effort of two exiled former owners of a fabric plant in Vienna to collect a total of $1,829.50 from four New York debtors. Justice Abram Goodman said his decision would depend on whether the United States Government had recognized Anschluss.
