Gregory Zinoviev and Lev Kameniev, Jewish Communist leaders under arrest in connection with the investigation of the murder of Serger Kirov, secretary of the Leningrad executive committee, will be exiled, informed circles declared today.
The two former leaders were part of the Trotzky-Zinoviev opposition group and were removed from power when Trotzky suffered a crushing defeat at the fifteenth congress of the Russian Communist party. Since then, they have occupied obscure posts.
Nikoliaev, assassin of Kirov, is said to be a member of the group
Kameniev is a brother-in-law of Leon Trotzky. Both were readmitted to the party when they openly repudiated their former opposition.
