Some 800 North African Jews who took refuge in France, may soon emigrate to Israel for resettlement, it was learned here. Their move will follow preparatory work and study here by a six-man delegation from Israel assigned to the task by the Israeli authorities and the Union of North African Jews. The delegation met here and in other French cities with leaders of the North Africa communities and discussed the needs of the prospective settlers and their prospects in Israel. A delegation member said today that the results of the mission had exceeded expectations.
