The dissolution of the Municipal Council here is expected as a result of the voting down of the city budget yesterday by a majority of members of the anti-Semitic National Democratic Party.
The National Democratic Party is opposed to the present Polish regime. In voting against the municipal budget in Lodz, the Endek aldermen declared they were doing so for anti-Semitic reasons.
