Police are investigating two explosions which rocked the Petach Tikva area early this morning, one in a midtown shopping mall and the other at a road intersection just outside of the town. No casualties or damage were reported but scores of Arab workers from the occupied territories who have jobs in Petach Tikva were rounded up for questioning.
A large explosive charge was found and safely dismantled in the Ramleh central bus station yesterday. The police have alerted the public to be on the lookout for suspicious objects. They have also re-issued a warning against letter bombs. The public was urged to call the police upon the receipt of any mail that arouses suspicion.
