A four-man mission of specialists has begun processing a report to the Export-Import Bank on a $75 million loan for which Israel has applied. A bank spokesman told the JTA this week-end that the recommendations of the specialists would be submitted to the bank chairman, Samuel Waugh, “some time next month.”
