Herr Fachenbach, former secretary of Kurt Eisner, was rehabilitated by a decision of the German Federal Court.
The court annulled the ten years’ prison sentence previously imposed upon Fachenbach. Fachenbach was a member of the Poale Zion party in Germany.
Fachenbach was accused of treason several years ago and was sentenced to twelve years imprisonment. Recently, clemency was granted him. In November, the German Federal Court granted his petition for a reopening of the trial.
