Famous Anglo-jewish Architect Dies in London

Delissa Joseph, well-known Anglo-Jewish architect, died here at the age of 69.

The late Mr. Joseph was educated at Jews’ College. He was a member of the City of London Conservative Association. He designed numerous public and private structures and made a particular contribution to the architecture of the synagogue, having designed many synagogues, including one in Cardiff, Wales, which is known for its dignity and simplicity.
