Farmer Loses Reputation in Dealing with Jew, Reich Court Holds

The owner of a so-called hereditary farm loses his reputation for honesty, which is essential for the right of the hereditary farmer, if he maintains commercial relations with Jews, according to a ruling by the land court for hereditary farms in Celle, Kurk-Hesse.

The national socialist land post, in reporting the decision, states that Jewish cattle dealers in Kurk-Hesse province, numbering 360 out of a total of 795 in december, 1933, have now been completely eliminated, while elimination of Jewish cattle dealers in ###### will be defeated soon.
