Special legislation banning the wearing of uniforms by Fascists was hinted in the House of Commons today by Sir John Simon, Home Secretary.
Such a ban has “by no means been overlooked,” although special legislation would be required, Sir John said in reply to demands by Vyvyan Adams, Conservative, that measures be taken to prevent further anti-Jewish demonstrations.
