The Brooklyn Federation of Jewish Charities will formally open its $500,000 twenty-fifth, anniversary campaign tonight with a dinner meeting at the Brooklyn Jewish Center, 667 Eastern parkway, at 6:30 o’clock.
Leaders of the federation and outstanding personages in communal affairs have accepted invitations to attend, including representatives of the twenty-five constituent societies; the Trade and Membership Council, money-raising organization of the federation; the Women’s Division, Junior Federation, and other bodies.
County Judge Algeron I. Nova is chairman of the campaign, and will make announcements of money raised in preliminary efforts of the last few weeks. Addresses will be made by Supreme Court Justice Mitchell May, president of the federation, and other leaders.
