A committee of 500 headed by Nathan Sachs is sponsoring a testimonial dinner to Sidney J. Baumann, president of the Ludwig Baumann store, which will be held July 22 at the Hotel Commodore, the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies announced yesterday. Mr. Baumann is retiring from the Federation’s furniture division of which he has been chairman for a number of years.
