Felix Kandel-Camov, a Soviet Jewish scriptwriter, plans to begin a three-day hunger strike July 10 to coincide with a Moscow film festival, Mrs. Genya Intrator, national vice-chairman of the Canadian Committee on Soviet Jewry said. The theme of the festival is “humanism in the arts.” Kandel-Camov called on his colleagues to help him in his aliya struggle.
