Plans have been filed with the Department of Housing and Buildings here for conversion of the former home of the late Feliz Warburg into a museum of Jewish culture. About 4,000 historical and cultural objects will be transferred to the building from the Jewish Theological Seminary to which the Warburg home was given earlier this year by Mrs. Frieda Schiff Warburg.
