Fewer young Germans are joining extremist groups, according to an expert on the subject. The decrease in support for neo-Nazi groups comes as young Germans are showing decreased interest in politics more generally, says Klaus Hurrelman, who conducted a recent survey of 2,500 Germans aged 12 to 25.
