Fifteen Chalutzim, Palestine pioneers, in Moscow, were awarded passports by a decision of the Zik, Central Executive Committee. Sixty-five applicants in the provinces are still awaiting word as to whether they will be granted passports to leave the country.

The former Chalutz leaders, Altshuler and Zerabavel, having concluded three year prison terms imposed upon them because of their Chalutz activities in Moscow, are being taken to Sverdlovsk, where they are to be informed of their fate. It is expected that they will probably be exiled.
